Phix Doctor Zero G UV Foam Filler
Foam filler for surfboards from the Phix Doctor brand. It is a great solution suitable for all epoxy and polyester surfboards. The foam hardens itself in the sun or can be assisted by a UV lamp, it is extremely durable and heat-resistant, so you don't have to worry about storing it in a hot trunk of a car, for example. Perfect for fixing mechanical damage on the board after deep ding.
Specifications
- UV foam filler is suitable for boards with poly and epoxy construction
- Resistant to high temperatures - can also be stored in the car
- Non-toxic composition
- Easily washed off with soap and water
- The filler is applied in layers with a maximum depth of 1 cm

Basic Procedure
- Move to a shady spot to fix
- Clean the surface in the area of damage
- Apply the first layer of filler (max. layer thickness is 1 cm) and expose it to the sun or a UV lamp until it hardens (min. 3 minutes)
- Move into the shadows again
- Apply the final layer of filler, cover it with a smooth clear film and smooth (any clear plastic can be used), this way you will achieve a smooth surface
- Expose the filling to the sun or a UV lamp until it hardens (min. 3 minutes)
- For a perfect finish, you can sand the hardened filler and the surfboard is ready for use!
