These conditions apply only to cases where the buyer is a consumer (according to § 419 of the Civil Code).
How to proceed if the goods you have purchased do not suit you and you want to return them within the statutory 14-day period?
When purchasing via the online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract as a consumer under the terms and conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions of SNOWBOARD ZEZULA s.r.o.
This means that you can return the goods and request a refund of the amount paid under the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions of SNOWBOARD ZEZULA s.r.o.
You may request an exchange under the conditions set out below. Ideally, please send the goods to us for return in their original packaging.
If the goods are used or damaged, the Buyer shall be liable to the Seller for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to acquaint him with the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
We will inform you by email about the exchange or return process.
Return of Goods
Pack returned goods well to prevent damage during shipment.
Please attach a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) and please add your account number directly to it - show example.
We will send you the money for the goods and postage (if you were charged for the sale in the invoice) to your bank account. However, we will not reimburse the costs associated with the return of the goods.
Amounts exceeding € 1,000 are refunded exclusively by bank transfer or in cash on the next working day by agreement at info@snowboard-zezula.com.
If there has been a diminution in the value of the returned goods as a result of the handling of these goods in a manner different from that which is necessary in view of their nature and characteristics, we shall set off this diminution in the value of the returned goods against the price of these goods.
Original Packaging of Goods
The packaging is neither the object of purchase nor part of the purchased item. You can try the item on, but there should be no obvious wear and tear. The consumer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to acquaint him with the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Given the variety of goods, these costs may vary and shall be dealt with individually.
You can keep the promotional items (stickers, badges, catalogues) even if you return the goods.
Exchange of Goods
If the delivered goods do not suit you for some reason (size does not fit or you do not like the color, etc.), please send the goods back to us. In this case, we do not pay the costs associated with the transport of the goods from the customer.
You can exercise this right only within the statutory withdrawal period specified in the Terms and Conditions of SNOWBOARD ZEZULA s.r.o.
Attach a copy of the proof of purchase and write directly on it what exactly you want to exchange the goods for: brand, model, colour, size - show example.
When sending the exchanged goods to the customer, we charge a postage fee of €2, if the goods are in the retail price above €60, we do not charge the customer postage.
