Phix Doctor Polyester Kit Small Surf Repair Kit
Scrapes, holes, debris - all this belongs to surfing too. If you surf, learn to give your board first aid. All you need is a little skill, a good repair kit from Phix Doctor and of course some sunshine!
The Polyester Kit contains everything you'll need for minor and major sores. Inside you'll find 74 ml of high quality polyester resin. Included in the kit is a Q-Cell for larger fills, both canvas and fiberglass string, paper for sanding down bumps, sheets for overlays, as well as tools like gloves and stirrers with a cup.

- 74 ml Silmar polyester resin for repairing poly surfboards (cannot be used on epoxy surfboards with EPS/Styrofoam foam core), hardens in the sun
- Fiberglass canvas 17.8 x 34.2 cm
- Fin rope - a string made of glass fiber
- Q-Cell for filling larger cavities
- Safety gloves
- Double sandpaper
- Smooth cover sheets
- Cups with stirrers for easy preparation and application
Basic Procedure
- Find a shady place to prepare
- Remove dirt and grease from the surface, we also recommend sanding the surface for better adhesion
- Apply the resin and cover it with a smooth piece of foil, wax paper or other smooth translucent material (this step is necessary for a quick and reliable "healing")
- Move to the sun, remove the covering film only after the resin hardens
- In strong sunlight, the repair is completed in 1 minute (the length of hardening depends on the intensity of sunlight)
