Specifications

  • Shape: Directional Splitboard Shape
  • Flex: 6/10
  • Powder: 8/10
  • Technical Terrain: 6/10
  • Uphill Performance: 8/10
  • Cam-Out Camber: the combination of flatout and standard camber creates a versatile board with enough grip for medium-fast to fast riding that forgives mistakes.
  • Powercore: The Powercore core is made of poplar wood from tip to tail. It provides lightness, strength and a perfect combination of flexibility, reliability and riding characteristics.
  • Splitboard Core Profile
  • All-Terrain Flex: the most versatile board for mastering any terrain
  • Bi-Lite Laminates: rider-favorite Bi-Lite laminates are engineered for unmatched strength, style and refined handling.
  • Premium Extruded FH Base: durability, speed and low maintenance, all in one ultra clear base material. The FH base conquers rails and urban obstacles like no other.
  • Power Pods: Smaller radius in the middle part of the board and larger radius on the nose and tail - the widening of the board in the binding area adds confidence when riding on the edge, especially when riding on icy surfaces, and reduces the possibility of tip or tail jamming at higher inclinations. It also provides more responsiveness when pushed more aggressively on the edge and calmer board behavior with less riding dynamics.

How to choose splitboard?

Choosing the right splitboard gear is one of the most important steps to getting the most out of splitboarding. That's why we've prepared a How To section in cooperation with #FreerideTV. Today we'll give you advice on how to choose a splitboard, what to wear and how to try to avoid unpleasant situations in the mountains. Let's do it!

Splitboarding is a sport that attracts more and more people. It's an escape from the crowded resorts and a longing for icy silence in the middle of the woods and mountain tops. However, much more than other sports, the right equipment is very important in splitboarding because it can save your life. In addition to the splitboard and bindings, essential equipment includes pucks, climbing skins, poles and avalanche safety equipment.

You can do without them when you first start splitboarding, but in time every enthusiast will appreciate them. And by these we mean crampons. These are used in steep slopes and traverses on frozen surfaces.

The last important piece of the whole puzzle is the the right freeride clothing and avalanche backpack that can comfortably hold your avalanche gear. And how to put it all together and not go crazy, Dominik will advise you in the above mentioned video.
