ORTOVOX Tour Rider 28 S Backpack

The "S" version is designed for smaller figures with backs between 36 and 44 cm.

If you love to ride all day long in the mountains, then you'll love the Tour Rider backpack. It specialises in longer downhill rides, hence the weight minimisation. All your freetouring gear is conveniently attached to the pack, which is extremely durable and gives you the freedom to move up and down the slope.

Ultra-Low Weight

The weight of the backpack managed to get down to a mind-blowing 860 grams even while maintaining comfort, quality and functionality. If you're looking for a versatile backpack for your ski and snowboarding activities, then you've just stumbled upon it. Its shape makes it suitable for both fast riding and climbing. The height of the backpack does not extend beyond the support part of the back, and the width in turn does not extend to the sides. The backpack allows the weight to be distributed as close to the body's centre of gravity as possible, which has its advantages when riding fast. It hugs the body snugly and the wide waist belt ensures a comfortable fit.

Construction & Access to Backpack

The system on the back is made up of a soft construction for the best possible freedom of movement. Stability on the back is ensured by foam zones and a back structure with wide straps. Want to get into the main compartment to get to the stuff you have stored somewhere downstairs or on the sides? There are two ways - one from the front and one from the back. Intuitive access to the pack's contents is guaranteed by the two-way water-resistant YKK® zipper, and you'll also appreciate the separate avalanche gear pocket so it's safely separated from your back.

Functionality of Pockets and Compartments

Gloves, beanies, essentials, phone, camera, GPS - everything has its place in the backpack and the separation of wet things from dry ones is an absolutely brilliant solution. On the outside, you can attach all your gear thanks to the additional straps: skis, snowboard, snowshoes, ice axes, ski poles and helmet. The interior of the backpack is bright and helps you find things faster.
