    Vázání už měl před tím někdo "v ruce" a povedlo se mu poškodit jednu drobnou komponentu, naštěstí to šlo celkem snadno opravit, takže jsem neřešil vrácení / výměnu (potřeboval jsem ho namontovat a jet na lyže, ne shánět jiné). Nicméně mohlo být v popisku uvedeno, že jde o vrácené zboží (když bylo v akci)

    Objednala jsem si zboží, které mělo nejnižší cenu na internetu. Shodou okolností mi přišel jeden kus jiný. Reklamace proběhla ihned, telefonicky, pán na druhé straně byl velmi ochotný, během pár minut bylo vše vyřízené a 2. den po reklamaci mi bylo na jejich náklady dovezeno správné zboží výměnou za nevhodné. Omyl se stát může komukoli, jednání bylo perfektní!
