Peaty's: Bikers to bikers

Our MTB department has just expanded with premium lubricating, cleaning and tubeless products from the British brand Peaty's. It is a young brand, but since the beginning of its existence it has amazed not only with the efficiency and ease of use of its products.

Why Peaty's? Behind it all is multiple downhill champion Steve Peat, otherwise known as Sheffield Steel. This living legend came together with two other avid bikers to bring Peaty's products to perfection together. The result is the exceptional efficiency and ease of use of everything you find under the Peaty's brand, so you don't have to spend hours in maintenance and, most importantly, you can spend more time riding! And then there are a few icings on the cake in the form of extraordinary thoughtfulness for the environment, the luxurious aroma of selected products and the unmissable design of everything that comes from Peaty's workshop.

Detergents Peaty's

Peaty's Basic Cleanser is called Loamfoam and is an effective foam shampoo for easy and efficient washing of the entire bike. It is biodegradable, smells like mint and mainly does not require wetting the bike before application or the use of a brush. In short, you apply, rinse and you are good to go!

 

When cleaning the chain, cassette, derailleur and converter, it's time for Peaty's Foaming Drivetrain Degreaser - a powerful degreaser gentle on nature and other parts of the bike, but ruthless for unwanted grease and dirt. Just spray the foam on the crank, leave it to act for 3-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Then, the system is clean so you can start lubricating.

Lubricants Peaty's

Peaty's, with its comprehensive range of LinkLube chain lubricants, thinks of riding in dry, wet and mixed conditions.

• LinkLube Dry – A mixture of waxes specially developed for dry weather. The contained dye will let you know exactly when the lubricant is dry and you can go. The sufficiently dry layer will ensure optimal service life of the lubricant and the entire ride, because dirt will not catch on it. One application lasts up to 300 km.

• LinkLube Wet – In rain and mud, use LinkLube Wet grease carefully mixed to ensure a smooth and carefree ride in adverse and rainy conditions. And by the way, it smells like Irish coffee.

• LinkLube All Weather – When the weather changes, you can rely on this fragrant two-component oil. By shaking, you mix the emulsion together and you can apply it on a clean chain. The mixture of oils and waxes with a mint aroma penetrates deep into the cells, displaces moisture and dirt and ensures long-term protection and smooth operation in all conditions.

• LinkLube All Weather Premium – An improved version of the chain lubricant for all conditions can ensure up to 30% longer ride. At the same time, it retains all the advantages of LinkLube All Weather oil, so it not only lubricates, but also protects and cleans your chain and smells like mint.

Vaseline and paste

• Peaty's Bicycle Assembly Grease will help you to lubricate the head, center compositions and other parts of the bike. It reliably takes care of long-term quiet and smooth operation even under extreme pressure. Protects against corrosion and resists leaching by water.
• Speed Grease Vaseline with a lower level of friction is designed especially for hubs, pedals and other fast-moving parts.
• Use Carbon Assembly Paste when assembling carbon components. Its friction-increasing composition ensures reliable fastening of carbon seatposts, stems or handlebars even at lower tightening torques.

 

Tubeless Peaty's products

Peaty's Tubeless Sealant was the first product in the brand. It was created in an effort to come up with a better sealant than the tubeless milk available until then, which will soon dry out and lose its function. The guys from Peaty's therefore closed themselves in the laboratory and developed the unique Tubeless Sealant, which, thanks to a special composition with nanoparticles acting as platelets, quickly repairs defects and holes in the tire up to 6 mm in size. The putty lasts up to 6 months, it is biodegradable, there is no dangerous substance in it and instead of microplastics it contains cellulose particles obtained from responsibly harvested woody plants.

Tubeless valves

The second generation of Peaty's MK2 Tubeless Valves, created in collaboration with the Chris King brand, will offer you luxurious aluminum workmanship and full compatibility with all tubeless systems and liners. The valves are available in various colors and, in addition, their caps contain an internal valve key and a simple centering key.
