Tuned trail bike to the max
Thanks to its improved geometry, Instinct handles even more aggressive and faster driving than ever before, and is safe and efficient on the trail. It will adapt to any requirements you have for it. It easily overcomes jumps, drops, quick flaps and roots or rock guards and gives you exemplary feedback.
The latest version of Rocky Mountain Instinct takes the idea of the perfect trail bike to the next level. When designing the new model, the manufacturer heard the desire of all riders who want to ride even faster and rougher, while maintaining the bike's top efficiency.

Instinct in more details
The Instinct model unifies the all-suspension Rocky Mountain trail line. Here are its basic features:
- Designed for: Trail
- Front stroke: 150mm
- Rear stroke: 140mm
- Wheel size: 29" & 27,5"
The well-thought-out frame is designed to work perfectly in all sizes and with riders of different heights. Rocky Mountain uses 27.5" wheels for smaller sizes and 29" for M and larger frames. To suit every rider, the Instinct is available in a total of six sizes, including two S-size bike variants. The suspension is also tuned differently for each size, so that riders of all constitutions experience the perfect feeling of riding on Rocky Mountain. 10mm chain stay/strut adjustment

RIDE-9 system
The RIDE-9 system allows the rider to fine-tune the geometry even more precisely with just two Allen keys. The result is nine possible setting variants.
Internal cable routing for carbon models
Full internal routing of hoses and cables ensures clean style and no banging while driving.
Frame protection and chain guide

Modular shock-absorber

Double bearings on chain and seat stays
