The Nike SB Nyjah Free 2 skate shoes are a successful continuation of the previous Nyjah Free model. The design details from the straps, through the strings, to the strategically placed mesh were inspired by the 1997 Nike Spiridon model. The original rubber design was replaced by mesh panels that help cool the feet even during the most demanding skate sessions.

Who is Nyjah Huston?

Rightly considered a pro-skater who will change the face of skateboarding over the next decade and the newest addition to the prestigious Nike SB team. Nyjah Huston simply monopolized the world of action sports. Bringing home seven X-Games gold medals and winning the "Best Male Action Sports Athlete" award at the 2013 and 2014 ESPY Awards consecutively, he aptly remains the face of skateboarding worldwide.

At the age of 11, now a 23-year-old Nyjah became the youngest participant in the X-Games ever. He also won the "Best Street", "Reader's Choice" and "Best Video Part" awards for "Rise & Shine", which is only the second time in 17-year history that a skater has won three categories.
