If you buy in the period up to December 23, 2014, you can exchange the goods until January 20, 2015.
Returning the goods is covered by the 14-day period. Exchange goods for cheaper and require the return differential amounts may also be only during the 14-day period.
Personal pick up at the store until December 24 to 12 h
If you order before December 23 to 18 h, you can pick up the ordered goods until December 24 to 12 h.
