We Started the Winter Season with Another Winter Opening!

We started the sale of winter gear in our ceiling-filled Brno store with a spectacular event called SNOWBOARD ZEZULA Winter Opening 2023. How it looked on the spot and what was the program, you can find out in this event report from Freeride.cz. Sunday 5th November was not an ordinary day for the SNOWBOARD ZEZULA store. Those who visited the Zezula shop on Palackého třída in Brno after 11 a.m. could enjoy not only a full store of winter gear from proven brands, but also a rich program throughout the day.

In addition, customers could purchase this year's new collections at a 15% discount or be lucky enough to win valuable prizes from the event partners in a nail-biting battle or receipt lottery, which took place the very next day on our Instagram.

Those who came to Zezula for shopping really had a lot to choose from. The shelves glittered with this year's and older collections from Nidecker, Gravity, Arbor, Nitro, Horsefeathers, Burton, Oakley, Patagonia and more. Anyone who needed help with the selection was immediately rushed to the aid of a trained specialist.

Nidecker's new product received the most attention. The Supermatic quick release binding, which saves time on the hill for anyone who doesn't want to bend to the straps. You just step on it and go!

A Gravity Snowboards Custom T-shirt workshop was held on the second floor of the store, where everyone could print a design of their choice on a tee.

Right next door was another attraction of the event - a tattoo session by Nafurt, where anyone with a purchase of over €200 could decorate their body with a stylish tattoo.

The programme took place not only inside the store, but also right next door, where the popular Riglet Park stood, where a group from the Czech Burton representative office gave children the best feeling in the world - riding sideways! It was a joy to see the children's laughter and enthusiasm for snowboarding.

We were also happy to see girls with waffles at the Vans stand, a smiling guy at the coffee machine, a full fridge of cold Bernards (that's a Czech beer, ya know?) or DJ Mehdi, who poured us one legendary snowboard track after another and the right snowboard vibe flowed through the whole Brno SNOWBOARD ZEZULA store.

In the afternoon, a nail driving battle took place. Whoever hit the nail with the pointed side of the hammer with the proper punch and hammered the head first could enjoy advancing to the next round or win the whole battle and take away valuable prizes from the event partners. The popular entertainment of Austrian après ski bars entertained everyone here in Brno.

In the evening, visitors were treated to the imaginary icing on the cake in the form of a snowboard movie from Nidecker snowboards called Left Right, where we could watch the art of riding from Nidecker riders from around the world. The movie took us to the slopes of Switzerland, France or even Japan.

The end of the movie underlined this year's Winter Opening at the SNOWBOARD ZEZULA store and sent everyone home. Someone equipped with a new winter gear, someone with a new tattoo, someone with five Bernards in their system, but the feeling of a day well spent will never go away. Thanks to the whole SNOWBOARD ZEZULA crew for a great event! We look forward to seeing you again next year!
